I found out two hostels for you.

Hostal La Ronda

This is a neat new option to stay in Tegus. Located in the historical center, La Ronda makes it easy to move around and live the real deal. Museums, the Cathedral, Central Park, markets just blocks away. They have yummy food, a great bar that's become more and more popular with locals too, and it's near pretty much everything you need to see in this town.

Located in Lomas del Guijarro, aprox. 80 mts east from Instituto Sagrado Corazon in Lomas del Guijarro. Also a house that has been accommodated to host travelers, especially business travelers.

Hotel Honduras Maya

The oldest in town perhaps. Located in the "hotel district" is is near four other local hotel chains. Near bars and restaurants, a little more family friendly than the rest.
